“Nothing is impossible” should be her motto! Don’t let Francoise fool you with her big smile, sincere kindness, and bubbly personality!
Her mum says she could have organised D-Day in 24 hours.
Her sister says that if you leave her for 2 months, she would have revolutionized half of her life.
Her former employer says that anyone would be a fool to underestimate her.
Her clients say that she brings a refreshing angle to every problem and that her astute and efficient approach helps them bring their business to new heights.
Cedric isn’t your average accountant. Sure, he’s got the qualifications, the know-how and the years of experience. But his true superpower lies in his ability to look ahead, strategically.
As a busy dad of two and a passionate entrepreneur, Cedric knows a thing or two about juggling multiple priorities. And with his countless hobbies – from acting to marathon running amongst other things – he’s a master of time management.
His clients say he’s a perfect blend of strategic thinking and financial expertise, but most importantly that he is genuinely committed, always going the extra mile to help them achieve their goals.
After studying business management, she worked for some top retailers in Europe in the cosmetic industry and has managed a network of over 100 stores in France for the then fastest growing franchise in the country.
She has moved her family across the world – twice.
The first time moving to South Africa, with a toddler and a baby under her belly (yes, nothing is impossible!). She started a small guest house that quickly grew and became successful.
As the kids were growing, they moved to a bigger city, Pretoria and Francoise started her own business consultancy firm. Her clients had numerous questions around their tax and around their balance sheet and cashflow. They felt their accountant did not give them clear answers. Francoise then decided to study to become a chartered certified accountant to be able to add expert tax advice and interpretation of financial statements to the business management advice she was already offering. With the only goal in mind to better serve her clients’ needs. In the true Francoise’s spirit, she accomplished it in less than 2 years (about 2 years ahead of prescribed schedule) and reaped the “Top Affiliate in the country” award for her outstanding results.
The temptation of exploring a new continent knocked again and within a few months, she had secured a good job in a reputable accounting firm, a magnificent house and a car in beautiful New Zealand – all without leaving her Pretoria office.
Her passion lies in helping people, in particular helping business owners achieve their goals and reach their potential. She brings a structured approach while adapting to individual needs. She listens, digs deeper, challenges, brings clarity and practical solutions. She also cares and supports, sincerely. She rejoices in seeing her clients succeed.
Being true to what she preaches, Francoise aims for a balanced life. You will often see her supporting artists at our local venues or enjoying a meal in any delicious restaurant (she’s a real foodie!). She enjoys trying all sorts of activities from archery to golf, horse-riding or even paragliding. And travelling the world is always on her list.
And last but not least, her French accent is only a blind. Just like Hercule Poirot, she is actually Belgian.
Cedric’s journey began advising small businesses, but his career soon took him to the world stage, driving strategic improvements for global companies in the UK. At Warner Music, he wielded the power of big data to sharpen decision-making, and later, he led the Commercial Finance team of a multinational law firm with the sole focus of improving profitability (which he did).
With a CPA and a CIMA title, a BA and a Masters in Market Finance, Cedric isn’t your typical accountant. He’s a true people person. A number-cruncher who also understands what makes people tick...
This combination sparked something bigger in Cedric—a desire to make a real impact. He didn’t want to only help big corporations. A passionate advocate for small businesses, Cedric’s biggest frustration had always been watching them struggle due to a lack of strategic support. He knew from experience how transformative a strong focus and sharp analysis could be for large companies, so why not offer that same level of insight to SMEs?
With the desire to make a difference, he became a certified business coach and started his own coaching firm in the UK.
In 2023, ready for a new challenge, Cedric, along with his wife Katie and their two young children, made the leap to New Zealand.
When Cedric discovered the Strategico concept, he instantly recognised it as a game-changer. He was all in—no hesitation, no second thoughts. It was a perfect match.
In his spare time, Cedric loves trying new things. Over the last year, he’s acted in a play, joined Toastmasters, and even taken up tennis. What’s next on the horizon? Only time will tell!
